Receiving confirmation of an Order by Email

As soon as you receive an order and read your email you will receive a message confirming this.

Downloading the order

Downloading the order is as easy as pressing a button - the customer's details will then be transferred into your computer, together with the unencrypted credit card details.

Processing the Order

Once you have the order it is possible to print out picking sheets, invoices and delivery notes. Our system also keeps a tab on whether the goods have been dispatched. Once they have been dispatched and the payment verified, if needs be, then the order is shown as completed. It is also possible to create reports and export the information to a database.

But what if I need to make a change to a product?

With many shopping basket systems this type of request would mean a call to the web designer and the associated cost and hassle. With our catalogue system, changing or adding a product can be as simple as clicking on a dialogue box, typing the required change in and then pressing the "upload" button while you are connected to the Internet. The catalogue system takes care of the rest for you.

What if I Already Have Information in Database Form?

Our catalogue can import Excel and Access files as well as a wide range of other formats once they have been converted into the correct type of file. The database can then be used as the base for the online catalogue.
